We're dedicated to making sure you're happy with your tea. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds if you didn't find the taste to your liking.
You are eligible for a refund or replacement only if:
- Your order arrives damaged.
- You received the incorrect product.
Please note: Because our products are perishable, the usual 14-day cancellation period does not apply.
