Refund policy
We're dedicated to making sure you're happy with your tea. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds if you didn't find the taste to your liking.
You are eligible for a refund or replacement only if:
- Your order arrives damaged.
- You received the incorrect product.
If you wish to cancel an order under UK consumer law, any returned products must be in their original sealed packaging.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@veramint.co.uk and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A clear photo of the product
Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate refund or replacement where applicable.
